In the village of Hordain about fifteen kilometers south of Valenciennes, La Brasserie is one Choulette the last brewery founded North 19 th century and still active. Charles Deulin (1863-1920) writer of the end of the 19th century wrote the tales of a beer drinker, one of whose short stories Le Grand Choleur refers to the game.
