Cidre Boissel Brut NV

Story

Cidre Boissel is a true farm cider from a small family producer near Pont l’Eveque. The apples all come from the orchards in the immediate vicinity. The cider has a lovely amber hue. It has a full apple nose and flavour with a long finish. At 5% ABV, you can taste the alcohol without being overpowered. For a French cider, this is a Brut on the drier side.
