Delivery – UK

Standard deliveries will be made within 1-3 working days of an order being placed and is charged at a standard rate of £8.00 for 1 bottle tracked & signed for. 2+ is £9.00 & FREE when you spend £300 or more. Our deliveries are fulfilled by either our sister company vans (central London only) or a reliable courier whom we use dependant on quantity purchased and area of delivery. Our courier we have found to be glass friendly and reliable. All deliveries must be signed for by an adult of 18+.

Due to our operating hours, we do not deliver on weekends, or Bank Holidays.

We aim to be as flexible as possible, but please do advise us should you have any special delivery requirements or will not be in when delivery will be made, please wait until the end of the estimated delivery above before contacting – as usual the parcel will still be in transit to you, if after the aforementioned period you still have not received your goods, please do get in touch with us and we will help you to rectify the issue.

Jersey, Guernsey, Northern Ireland + Scottish Highlands

Our standard delivery takes 2-3 days once shipped and costs £31.00 for 1 – 36 bottles.

Republic of Ireland

Our standard delivery takes 2-3 days once shipped and costs £25.00 for 1- 36 bottles.

European Delivery Information

PLEASE NOTE: If you live in a country where the government require additional taxes or duty to be paid for receiving goods (e.g; Finland or Sweden), you the customer are responsible for declaring this. By purchasing wines from Pull The Cork, you accept full responsibility in deciding whether to declare & pay additional taxes for your wines and accept Pull The Cork will not incur any charges, should they arise. 

• Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, The Netherlands + Czech Republic

Our standard delivery takes 2-3 days once shipped and costs £33.00 – up to 36 bottles.

• Austria, Denmark, Italy, Slovakia, Spain + Hungary

Our standard delivery takes 2-3 days once shipped and costs £39.00 – up to 36 bottles.

• Croatia + Slovenia

Our standard delivery takes 2-3 days once shipped and costs £48.00 – up to 36 bottles.

• Bulgaria, Greece + Romania

Our standard delivery takes 2-3 days once shipped and costs £60.00 – up to 36 bottles.

• Switzerland

Switzerland is a premium delivery area, and is therefore a little more expensive. Our standard delivery takes 3-4 days once shipped and costs £144.00 up to 36 bottles.

For more than 36 bottles to any of the above, please contact us for a quote. 

Minimum Orders

We have a minimum order of 1 bottle as standard. Also, when you sign up to our mailing list you get 10% off when you spend £100 and regular offers delivered straight to your inbox.

Breakages

While we do try our absolute best to get your bottle(s) to you in one piece, we understand that occasionally the odd bottle here & there may break in transit. We will credit you for all breakages reported within 24 hours of their arrival & arrange for a replacement (if there is one) to be sent to you ASAP – again please contact our customer care team for more information.

Returns

Despite our best efforts if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you’re welcome to return your wines, and exchange them un-opened & undamaged, within 14 days – please contact our customer care team to assist you with anything on:
