The Hedonist wines adopt a minimalistic approach to winemaking, believing that good wines are “made in the vineyard.” Great care is taken in the estate-grown certified biodynamic vineyard.

The Hedonist Cabernet Sauvignon is a serious Cabernet Sauvignon from the Willunga foothills of the McLaren Vale in South Australia. 2016 created intense, compact and quality-driven wines with this one being matured for 18 months in French and American oak barrels. Aromas of dark cherries, nutmeg and hints of beetroot earthiness lead onto a full-bodied palate with grippy, dusty tannins and touches of leather and coffee.
