Staffelter Hof is a historic estate in the Mosel, established in 862 AD. Currently run by winemaker Jan Matthias Klein, the estate’s 9 hectares of vines are certified organic, and the approach in the cellar is one of minimal intervention. In 2014 Jan started to experiment with a completely natural approach and launched his first zero-zero wine.

These wines are highly sought after natural and vegan wines and loved by those who are searching for a quality low sulphite wine. Mosel wines are associated with Riesling but also with Müller-Thurgau, Sauvignon Blanc, and Muskateller and the Little Bastard wine is the one that represents this diversity.
