Castello 4357 Spumante Prosecco DOC Brut NV, Italy

Starting with a crowd-pleasing favourite, Prosecco from Italy.  Delicately fruity with hints of apple, pear and delicate notes of citrus. Fresh, lively and velvety taste. Persistent mousse. Prosecco is great as an aperitif or can be perfectly paired with canapes or desserts.

Bon Courage Jacques Bruére Cap Classique Rosé Brut 2011, Robertson, South Africa 

Blessed with ideal climatic conditions, Bon Courage is fanned by a cool south-easterly breeze from the Indian Ocean during afternoons and evenings. Nights are chilly and often misty, further enhancing the delicate and elusive flavours and aromas of the grapes.  This elegant Cap Classique is made from Pinot Noir & Chardonnay and offers a nose of light lemon and raspberry aromas. Silky richness filled with red berries and balanced with subtle mineral undertones.  To be enjoyed on its own or with seafood-based canapés.  Truly versatile and can be served with oysters, salmon, tuna, prosciutto, sushi, Asian style dishes, rich cheeses and redberry desserts.

Champagne René Jolly Blanc de Noirs NV, Champagne, France (37.5cl)

Champagne René Jolly, a family-owned business with a history dating back to 1737, is located towards the very south of the Champagne region, in the Aube Valley.  All wines are produced from its own vineyards. Current owner/winemaker and part-time DJ – Pierre-Eric Jolly, took over from his father in 2000 and he has brought many new innovations to the winery. Every wine in the range is a blend of at least 3 different years and once bottled spends a minimum of 3 years in the cellars, before being disgorged by hand without freezing, one of the only producers in the region to use this method of disgorgement.  This Blanc de Noirs is made from 100% Pinot Noir and is fruity and elegant, offering plenty of fruit and terrific structure.  Suitable for Vegetarians & Vegans.
