Bodega Don Cristobal 1492 Malbec 2020 is intense and bright red purplish tones. Fine and elegant aroma with a perfect combination of ripe red fruits and spices, enriched by the French oak. In the mouth it is balanced with soft tannins. Bodega Don Cristobal 1492 Malbec 2020 is perfect with wild rice and mushroom stuffed peppers, beef burgers topped with blue cheese, or chili con carne!

The Lapania family (Bodega Don Cristobal 1492 Malbec 2018) had very clear objectives when establishing their modern winery in the 1990s, first and foremost it was the development of first class Vineyards, spread through four estates. Don Cristobal produce a multi award winning range of premium quality varietal wines from their own vineyards. Four quality levels and styles of wines, from Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Chardonnay, Torrontes and the stunning, unique Verdelho for Argentina. Don Cristobal is committed to sustainable winemaking and have moved towards organic certification.

Don Cristóbal owns a total of 200 hectares of land with 145 hectares of planted vineyards, a very good production base and a great diversity of areas and grapes. In constant evolution, the company improves day by day in its winemaking process and in implementing sustainable practices in the vineyards and in the winery.
